Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust Groundbreaking Ceremony

Aug 21, 2025 | Active Richmond, Educate Richmond, Healthy Richmond, Heritage Richmond, RR&BA

An official welcome Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust (LFBIT) to our neck of the woods!!!

There may have been damp weather at the groundbreaking ceremony, but it is a warm, beautiful beginning to their new home on North Parade (former Marian College site), with a new bridge this year, and construction on the main facility starting next year.

We have worked with LFBIT over the years to share fundraising opportunities and to include their organisation in future plans in the area, like the Te Oraka Community Pool. We are excited for their next steps in our community!
