Petrie Street Repair Update Week 4

Jun 13, 2022 | Roading in Richmond

Week four sees us getting closer to the end of the street with the Stormwater drainage. The final 80 metres of this pipeline is reinforced concrete so this takes a bit longer as there’s some added detailing involved and concrete pouring around the pipe. Nevertheless, we expect to be down to the last 20m stretch by Friday.

Our behind kerb streetscape crew are busy removing the existing infrastructure and they’re working towards reinstating the first new kerb, planned for Friday.

If you have any concerns about parking, deliveries you may be expecting or access/egress issues please see our STMS. Our STMS is the team member in the Green Hi-Vis. He or she will address any of to your concerns
