Roadworks Update for Nicholls Street 25

By the end of next week, all landscape work on Nicholls Street should be completed, weather permitting.
We are scheduled to pour the kerb on Thursday, 25/07/2024. Residents at 39, 41, 43, 47, and 51 Dudley Street, please move your vehicles by 7am.
If you have any gas deliveries, please inform the driver to approach to us for access. Alternatively, you can provide the driver with Kane’s number (found below).
22/07/24 – 26/07/24 (Mon- Fri)
• Nicholls Street is open to residents with two lanes. Residents can enter/exit from North Avon Road.
• Please be mindful of landscaping crews working on Nicholls street ‘s footpath.
• Dudley Street will be completely closed from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM and will return to one-way traffic after 5:30 PM. We will try our best to accommodate residents on Dudley Street.
If you need daytime access, please approach from Nicholls Street, where a full-time Traffic Controller will be available to assist you.
• Footpath and driveway prepping on the south side of Dudley Street.
• Kerb & Channel prepping on the North side between Nicholls Street and Stapletons Road.
• Sump & Stormwater installation by Slater Street end.
