Roadworks Update for Nicholls Street:
Traffic: Traffic on Nicholls Street will be organized as one-way, and entry will not be permitted on North Avon Road.
Inconvenience: Property access for those situated on the west side of Nicholls Street, including Richmond Village Dental and addresses #9, 11, 17, 23, 25, 27, 31, 35, 37, 39, 41, 45, 47, 49, 51, 53, 55, and 57 Nicolls Street, may be impacted during this period.
Disruption Management: Our plan includes engaging in direct communication with residents, informing you in advance when the trench will affect your access, and providing details about the timeframe during which access will be restricted.
