Traffic:
Nicholls Street, Road closure. The footpath on the west side will remain open until the end of 29/04/24, after which pedestrian access will be switched to the east side. (Residents living on Nicholls st, regarding your access, please check Road Closure Disruption Minimisation Plan- Nicholl st 050424)
Dudley street, one way at all time, no entry permitted on Stapleton Road.

West side of Nicholls st, #57- North Avon Road (Kane will inform you the day before, to move your
car by 7am).
56,54 Dudley street (Kane will inform you the day before for your access)
Kerb pour on West side of Nicholls street on 2/5/2024, Thursday, residents affected will receive a
letter drop.
