Jindaporn Phuthiamsri (Mango) decided that she would open a small Thai takeaway restaurant in Christchurch.
Mango found a small premises at 240 Stanmore road that had previously been a takeaway pre-earthquake, but was closed for 4 years waiting for a rebuild.
Mango had in mind the quality of food she wanted to produce and employed a top North Island chef and his wife. Together they created a menu which produces excellent Thai food of the highest quality. The feedback from the patrons has been fantastic.
