Roadworks Update for Nicholls Street:
Currently, the traffic management setup on Nicholls St allows for one-way traffic only from Dudley St towards North Avon Road. However, some residents on Nicholls St are turning in the wrong direction. To ensure everyone’s safety, would you please comply with the traffic management plan.
Traffic: Traffic on both Nicholls Street and Dudley street will be organized as one-way, and entry will not be
permitted on North Avon Road and Stapleton Road.
Inconvenience: Property access for those situated on the west side of Nicholls Street, including addresses #11, 17,
23, 25, 27, 31, 35, 37, 39, 41, 45, 47, 49, 51, 53, 55, and 57 Nicolls Street, may be impacted during this period.
Disruption Management: Our plan includes engaging in direct communication with residents, informing you in
advance when the trench will affect your access, and providing details about the timeframe during which access
will be restricted.
