Traffic: Traffic on both Nicholls Street and Dudley street are set up as one-way, and no entry permitted on North
Avon Road and Stapleton Road.
Inconvenience: Property access including residents on East side of Nicholls st.
Disruption Management: Our plan includes engaging in direct communication with residents, informing you in
advance when the trench will affect your access, and providing details about the timeframe during which access
will be restricted.
