Roadworks Update for Nicholls Street 9
Traffic: Traffic on both Nicholls Street and Dudley street are set up as one-way, and no entry permitted on North Avon Road and Stapleton Road.
Inconvenience: Property access including residents on East side of Nicholls st. We plan to do a kerb pour on Thurs, 4/4/24. Residents affected will receive a letter drop.
Disruption Management: Our plan includes engaging in direct communication with residents, informing you in advance when the trench will affect your access, and providing details about the time frame during which access will be restricted.
