Mother of All Cleanups River Cleanup

This year was another great Mother of all Clean Ups.  It was hosted by Richmond Community Garden and Riverlution, and We are Richmond and other volunteers cleaned up our local Avon and surrounding river.

Afterwards, all of the organisations volunteering for the Christchurch-wide Mother of All Clean Ups came to Riverlution Cafe for the after party hosted by Avon-Ōtākaro Network Conservation Volunteers NZ Cassels Brewing Co and other organisations with guest Celeste Donovan – Councillor for Coastal!! Healthy Rivers NZ

Neighbours came together to plant fruit trees and to clean up two crop circles in Petrie Park. Followed by hot soup and a cuppa.
